Your photos never leave your device

Every image you open in Still Life Generator is decoded and processed entirely inside your web browser, in a Web Worker running on your own device. Images are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party, are not stored by us, and are not used to train any model. When you close the tab, the image is gone. Exported files are created in your browser and saved directly to your device.

Payments

If you buy the 4K unlock, payment is handled by our payment processor and merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, on its own checkout page. We never see or store your card details. We receive the order status and amount so we can confirm the purchase. Your purchase is identified by a random order reference (your recovery code); we keep no customer database.

What is stored in your browser

After a purchase we save a signed unlock token and your recovery code in your browser’s local storage so 4K exports stay unlocked. You can delete it any time by clearing site data; you can restore it with the recovery code.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and, where enabled, Google Analytics 4 to count page views and a few anonymous events (for example “image uploaded” or “export clicked”). These events never contain your image or its contents. Google Analytics may set cookies; you can block them with your browser settings or an extension without affecting the tool.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs such as IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site: Waffo Pancake (payments, tax and receipts — it receives the details you enter at checkout, such as your email and card), Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics) and, if enabled, Google (Analytics 4). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep data

Photos: never stored. Payment records: kept by Waffo Pancake as long as required for tax and accounting law. Server logs and analytics: kept by our providers for their standard retention periods. Data in your browser stays until you clear it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Because we have no accounts and keep no customer database, the only personal data linked to you is your payment record; email us with your recovery code or receipt and we will handle the request within 30 days. You can clear local unlock data yourself at any time, and you can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser or an ad-blocking extension.
